The Second Stage of the Training Program: “The Development of Leadership and Administration Skills of Women”
120 women qualified by national organizations, associations and the syndicates that work in the field of economic participation of women in Cairo, Fayoum, Minia and other governorates to become trainers who are able to develop the skills of the women who look for jobs so as to find the suitable job, such as; communication skills, conducting interviews, writing CVs and reports, building self-confidence, working in a group, time estimation, as well as knowing their rights and duties of work.
This comes in the context of the project of providing suitable environment for activating the main principles and work rights for women in Egypt, which is affiliated to the international work organization in Cairo.
