Maadi court issued on 08/05/2011 a judge in case No. 21,603 for the year 2010 to cancel the case that happened on 26.12.2010 against the President of Cairo University, The Court noted that the reasons for annulment of the case due to lack of jurisdiction of the passed court the verdict spatial consideration of the case.
