Committee of Arbitration and Discussion has been formed to discuss a Msc. thesis, by Mohamed Abdul Wahed Salem, entitled "Feasibility of accounting evaluation for joining of the private sector with the public sector in infrastructure projects: An Empirical Study", Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. It is composed of Prof. Dr.\ Mansour Hamed Mahmoud, and Dr.\ Eman Mohamed Saad El-Din.
