A Committee of Arbitration and Discussion of PhD. thesis, by Hamed Mahmoud Hamed, entitled "A study of some of the transactions laser solids", has been formed at National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences (NILES), Cairo University. It is composed of Prof. Dr.\ Mohamed Atta Abdul-Halim, Prof. Dr.\ Hatem Mahmoud Hamdy and Dr.\ Gala Mahmoud Al-Azab.
