Cairo University Council has issued decree no. 1141 on 24/5/2015 concerning granting Assistant Staff Members a respite for finishing their scientific theses, for a whole year starting by 1/9/2015 until 31/8/2016. In case of not abiding by this decree, articles of Universities Organization Law and its executive bylaw will be applied through relegating them to administrative offices.
