Prominent Paraguayan Academician Delivers Lecture at Cairo University on Higher Education Relevance to Democracy

Cairo University hosts Dr. Benjamin Fernandez Bogado, a charismatic Paraguayan academician, who is an expert in communication law, a journalist and author of more than 15 books in the law of communication, politics and governance. Bogado is going to deliver a lecture at El-Qassemy Hall, New Central Library, on Wednesday morning, October 19, 2016, on the relevance of higher education to democracy. The lecture is to be witnessed by a group of the university professors and students.
