Faculty of Science Cairo University organizes a seminar, entitled ،،Green Chemistry and Greening the Minds of Our Sons and Daughters,, , in the framework of cultural activity, on April 25, 2017, at 11 a.m., at Ibn Sina Hall, Faculty of Science.
The seminar is sponsored by Faculty of Science Dean Al-Sayed Fahim and supervised by Faculty of Science Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Tarek Al-Arabi. Professor of Faculty of Science and the Director of Science Heritage Center Hamed Eid delivers a lecture in the seminar. A group of Faculty of Science staff members and some figures who are interested in chemistry and green philosophy participate in the seminar.
The seminar tackles some topics most prominent of which are chemistry, green philosophy and its principles and how humans damaged the earth. It is one of the most important scientific seminars that talk about how to change our current life into a green one to become a life style. The seminar also develops a roadmap for forty ways that enable us to enjoy green life.
