Cairo University Center for Elderly Care Organizes Sport, Cultural, Artistic Festival in Cooperation with Helwan University

Cairo University Center for Elderly Care organizes the second sport, cultural and artistic festival for elderly people in cooperation with Faculty of Physical Education, at Helwan University. The festival is held on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at 9 a.m., at Cairo University playgrounds, under the theme of ،،Sport is Life Pulse of Good Old Days Youth,,.

The festival is sponsored by Cairo University President Gaber Nassar and supervised by Cairo University Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Saeed Daw. It is attended by a group of artists, athletes and the center members. This festival is included within the integrated and pioneering role played by Cairo University as well as its academic role in community service.

The festival includes sport and popular art shows, cultural and general knowledge competitions, and prize draws. A group of artists and athletes including Hassan Shehata will be honored during the festival.
