Cairo University President Mohamed Osman Elkhosht receives the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Representative Salah El Jafarawi and Al Maktoum Foundation Advisor. They discuss joint cooperation fields between Cairo University and ISESCO.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Osman Elkhosht said that ،،The meeting tackled means of fostering cooperation between Cairo University and ISESCO in science, culture, and training activities and joint workshops.,, He pointed out that ،،Cairo University welcomes all aspects of cooperation coordinated with ISESCO regarding the dissemination of dialog values and peace culture adopted by ISESCO through many academic and scientific activities.,,
It is agreed on holding training courses in different academic fields including Arabic language and media under the supervision of Cairo University Center for Arabic Language and Culture, and appointing a coordinator from the center with ISESCO in this regard. It is agreed on holding Ideal Mother Ceremony at Cairo University in March 2018 in coordination with Al Maktoum Foundation Vice-President at Emirates.
Dr. Salah Jafarawi expresses the wish of ISESCO to foster cooperation with Cairo University in many academic, scientific, and cultural fields. He indicates ISESCO concern with Arabic language issues and renewing religious discourse.
ISESCO aims at activating and encouraging cooperation between member states at the organization in fields of education, science, culture, and communication, and uplifting these fields in the framework of Islamic civilization benchmark and in light of Islamic human values and ideals.
