   Cairo University President Inaugurates First International Cairo Forum Activities for University Theater

 Cairo University President Mohamed Othman Elkhosht inaugurates the activities of First International Cairo Forum for University Theater on first Monday of October at Cairo University Grand Celebration Hall. The activities of the forum are sponsored by Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah Elsisi and held in cooperation between Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Youth and Sport and Cairo University. The activities are attended by Head of Art Academy Dr. Ashraf Zaki, Deputy of Ministry of Youth and Sport Dr. Aml Gamal, Artist Yehia Elfakhrany, Writer Lamis Gaber, Artist Samira Abdelaziz, Artist Samy Magawry, and a group of intellectuals, artists, and theatre stars.  


The inauguration activities started by presenting a short show that conveys liberating ideology from sterile legacy restricts.


Cairo University President Mohamed Othman Elkhosht said that the university appreciates the important role of theater in general and pays more attention to university theater in special. Elkhosht pointed out that authentic art is one of the pillars of patriotic state, civilization promotion and starting a new age.
