The University of Cairo within it is framework of the cooperation agreement between the Community Service at University and UNDP under the supervision of the Millennium Development Goals, which aims primarily to achieve sustainable development and solve environmental problems and to address poverty in rural communities has adapted the initiatives to inform university colleges and centers specialized for poverty reduction in the Egyptian countryside through new policies for sustainable development in poor villages focused on the planning of infrastructure in these villages and to meet the environmental problems in a scientific manner.
