Headed by Dr.\ Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, the supreme committee of Al-Fangary endowment competition of Community Service Studies and Research at Cairo University has decided to issue the illiteracy problem in Egypt making it a research topic of the competition for year 2014, entitled "Practical Perceptions of Facing illiteracy problem in Egypt.
Dr.\ Gamal Abdul-Nasser, Vice President of Cairo University for Community Service and Environment Development, and the Supervisor of the competition, has declared during honoring 18 winning researchers in the endowment competition of year 2013, which was about development in Sinai issue, during which Dr.\ Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, distributed awards among the winning researchers after the arbitration committees ended the researches which were presented from various individuals and organizations in Egypt.
