Prof. Dr.\ Mohamed Othman El Khosht, Head of Languages and Translation Center, Cairo University, has stated that Egypt's future is definitely depending on the fact that the new constitution must emphasize the principle of separating legislative, judicial and executive authorities.



Dr.\ El Khosht has also called Dr.\ Mohamed Morsy, President of Arab Republic of Egypt, in his third lecture of concluding activities of summer camp that is organized by Cairo University, to adopt practical policies that can facilitates fighting against predominance of authorities on each other, regularly distribute authorities and schedule them in separate and distinct circles, make procedures that will keep authorities balanced.
