Dr. Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, has received the Egyptian scientist Dr.\ Farouk Al-Baz at his office. This was during Dr.\ Farouk Al-Baz’s visit to Cairo University. Al-Baz expressed, during his meeting with the president of Cairo University, his appreciation to the role which Cairo University plays to promote science and culture in the Egyptian community.
He has also praised the civilized image through which Cairo University appeared during receiving President Abdul-Fattah Al-Sisi in outstanding university graduates honoring ceremony.
The meeting between President of Cairo University and the great scientist Farouk Al-Baz has handled the role of scientific research in community development and serving national issues.
Dr. Al-Baz has expressed his readiness to cooperate with Cairo University in the field of boosting the university research plan which is related to community issues. He praised what the university reached in international publication field and the scientific researches internationally published to its professors in the international scientific community.
Dr. Gaber Nassar declared that he has invited the great Egyptian scientist to deliver a lecture in Cairo University during the first week of December at Grand Celebration Hall, Cairo University, with a subject determined by the Egyptian scientist. Nassar has expressed his appreciation to Al-Baz’s visit to Cairo University welcoming the initiative of Dr. Al-Baz to cooperate with Cairo University in scientific research field, referring to the next visit of the Egyptian scientist to Cairo University, as well as welcoming joining experience house which Cairo University founds to comprise scientists from the university.
