Inauguration of Cairo University Faculty of Commerce Development First Stage

Cairo University inaugurated the first stage of Faculty of Commerce, at Cairo University, development including some new services presented to students, graduates, teaching staff members and employees. There is a comprehensive plan for developing the main structure of the faculty, educational programs, administrative business, security and safety and human abilities development. The first stage inauguration of Faculty of Commerce - Cairo University development was witnessed by Cairo University Vice-President for Education and Students Affairs Mohamed Osman El-Khosht, Cairo University Vice-President for Post-Graduate Studies and Research Affairs Amr Adly, Cairo University Secretary-General Yousry Ibrahim, Faculty of Commerce Dean, Vice-Deans and Professors and some public figures.

Cairo University Gaber Nassar said, during the inauguration, that ،،the university witnesses a real uplifting and a comprehensive development in its substructure and main substructure aimed at serving the educational and research process and coping with global developments in presenting service and promoting the university role and functions.,, He pointed out that،،the development and upgrading of the faculty include study laboratories, programs, libraries, assessment and teaching methods and skills development.,,

Faculty of Commerce Dean – Cairo University Ehab Abu-Eish said that ،،the first stage of Faculty of Commerce development and upgrading include establishing a medical emergency room working from 7:30 a.m. until the end of study day at 8:30 p.m. The medical emergency room serves students, teaching staff members and employees and presents its services to the rest of the faculties at Cairo University campus.,,

The work of the first stage of Faculty of Commerce development and upgrading includes a building for student affairs services (for all undergraduate students of Faculty of Commerce). The student affairs services building works by presenting service electronically and applies electronic payment system. The first stage also includes a hall for graduates and postgraduate student services, special programs affairs and the joint program with Georgia State University, at the United States of America. The first stage of developing and upgrading Faculty of Commerce witnesses the inauguration of the faculty theater after conducting comprehensive innovations for the theater including illumination and sound systems and theater stage.
