I am a faculty memer and I do not have an e-mail account subordinate to either my faculty or the university, what should I do?
In order to create a new e-mail account, you should send e-mail message via your personal e-mail attaching both of the following documents:
1. Your ID or passport.
2. Your faculty ID.
3. Mobile Number

I want to create a scholar account but I do not know how to register to the account, what should I do?
You should, first, check if you already have an e-mail account that is subordinate to the university. If you do not have an e-mail, kindly check the previous section.
After creating your e-mail account, you can register to scholar account via the following link: http://scholar.cu.edu.eg/?q=user/register
You will shortly receive an e-mail message containing your account details.
I have forgotten my e-mail password abc@cu.edu.eg, what should I do?

Kindly send an e-mail message to the following address “scholar@cu.edu.eg” explaining the problem.
I have a problem concerning my scholar account, what should I do?
