At the initiative of a new cultural center of foreign languages ​​and translation at the University of Cairo and in the framework of the university project to revitalize thescientific publishing in the fields of humanities and social relations between members of the faculty, the Center issued the first edition of the Journal of Hermes (holder ofwisdom to humans), a specialized magazine and the Court is concerned with theoriginal research that provide a real contribution in the human sciences, in particular, and the cultural field in general.
