  Dr. Heba Nassar, Vice President of Cairo University to the community service sector and the development environment and Dr. Izz al-Din Abu State Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and the presence of d. Nadia Zachary Minister of Scientific Researchand d. Najwa Khalil, Minister of Insurance and Social Affairs, and Dr. Ashraf HatemSecretary of the Supreme Council of Universities opened Club Mobile Information Technology at the University of Cairo in the framework of the Bank of ideas universities, who are between the Supreme Council of Universities and the Egyptian programdevelopment using Information Technology of the Ministry of Communications andInformation in order to provide technical support and scientific research for talented students and researchers in universities to develop their ideas and innovations and train them to communication to develop and commercialize their ideas by utilizing the servicescalled mobile Information Technology within the University.
