d. Hossam Kamel, President of Cairo University said that that the solution to the problems faced by research centers and production and service at the university, requires work on the development of financial and administrative regulations to become more accurate and flexible in line with the dynamic nature of the centers, and units of a special nature as institutions economic freedom for academic, administrative and financial in the framework of transparency and accounting, with the restructuring of the centers and the special units of the university to achieve quality in providing service university community participation. He called d. Hossam Kamel, the need to encourage studies of the status of competitive university in the fields of research and advisory services of the centers and the special units, along with support centers of excellence to marketing services centers of the national character, and search for new ways to attract business, companies and community organizations in the framework of correlation between the university and the community.
