Required Documents

▪ A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty. 

▪ The mobility agreement should be signed by the applicant, signed & stamped by home   faculty. Click here:

▪ A copy of valid passport or ID. 

▪ Updated CV (Maximum 2 Pages). 

▪ It is important to get a pre-invitation letter from a professor/Department at host University or   proof of communication.

Application Process

All the required documents should be scanned, as ONE CLEAR PDF FILE, and sent  by email to mobility@iro.cu.edu.eg, as follows: 

▪ Email Subject: (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility)-(Name and surname in English as will be  written in passport). 

▪ Email content: (Self Introduction, name, faculty, programme applying for& list of attachments).

Regulations

▪ Signature & stamp must be right next to the name of the responsible person at the sending  institution. 

▪ All applications are pre-screened by the selection committee. 

▪ In complete and late Applications will be AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.
