A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.

It is important to get a pre-invitation letter from a professor/Department at        

        host University or proof of communication.

Letter of motivation (No more than one page).

A copy of valid passport or ID.

Updated CV (Maximum 2 Pages).

Application Process: 

All the required documents should be scanned, each in a SEPARATE CLEAR PDF FILE, and sent by email to mobility@iro.cu.edu.eg, as follows:

Email Subject:  (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility)- (Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).

Email content: (Self Introduction, name, faculty, programme applying for& list of attachments).

Important Notes& Regulations: 

Signature & stamp must be on the first page, besides to the one of the responsible person at the sending institution.

All applications are pre-screened by the selection committee.

In complete and late Applications will be AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.

No contact should take place with the hosting university before the nomination and selection process.
