A Committee of Arbitration and Discussion of PhD. thesis, by Samah Mohamd Hamdy, entitled "Spectroscopic study of semiconductor nanotubes and similar uranium and prepared by laser volatilization Uprooting or by radio waves", has been formed at National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences (NILES), Cairo University. It is supervised by Prof. Dr.\ Yehia Abdul-Hamid Badr, Prof. Dr.\ Lotfia Mohamed Al-Nady and Dr.\ Magdy Mohamed Omar.
