Dr Ezzedine Abu Stitt, Vice President of Cairo University for Education and Student Affairs has said that: The issue of urban planning in Egypt faces many challenges, the most important coping with rapid growth, which results in random patterns in the building, pointing out the importance of identifying the mechanisms of urban development.
This came through the activities of the International Conference on "Planning and management of urban growth and the pressures of investment in major Arab cities," which is organized by the Faculty of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Cairo, in the presence of Dr. "Tariq Wafiq," Minister of Housing and Urban Communities, and "Abdullah Ali," Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman Arab Institute for urban Development, and Dr. 'Izz al-Din Abu Stitt, "Vice President of Cairo University for Education and Student Affairs, and the elite of the conference Alkhbra. The conference also witnessed exchanging commemorative shields.
