Cairo University Contributes to Supporting Kerdasa Educational Administration

Cairo University President Gaber Nassar receives, at Ahmed Lotfy Al-Sayed Hall at Cairo University on Monday, June 12, 2017, a delegation of employees and students at Kerdasa educational administration. The meeting is for discussing the contribution of Cairo University to supporting Kerdasa educational administration with computer laboratory. This comes because of a request from Kerdasa residents for a societal contribution to Kerdasa village in education, eliminating illiteracy, presenting courses for Kerdasa youth skills development, sending medical convoys to Kerdsa, and receiving an exhibition for Kerdasa products at Cairo University.
The meeting is attended by Cairo University Vice-President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Saeed Daw, Faculty of Engineering Dean Sayed Tag-Eldin, Cairo University Councilor for Engineering Affairs Medhat Al-Shazly, and Faculty of Engineering Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Hanafy Al-Zohairy.
Nassar welcomes the delegation of Kerdasa educational administration. He refers to the readiness of Cairo University for contributing to eliminating illiteracy at Kerdasa village and presenting computer and language courses for youth. The university supports the educational requirements of Kerdasa village and provide it with computer laboratory that Faculty of Engineering prepares and submits before the beginning of the coming study year. The university support for Kerdasa is achieved considering the approval of Cairo University Council and the local societal role of the university.
