Cairo University President Receives Saudi Cultural Counselor in Cairo and Discuss Means of Joint Cooperation

Cairo University President Mohamed Osman Elkhosht receives Cultural Counselor at Saudi Embassy in Cairo Khaled Al-Namie and the delegation accompanying him on Wednesday, August 30. Al-Namie congratulates Cairo University President for his new post. The two sides discuss means of joint cooperation between Cairo University and Saudi universities.

Cairo University President and Saudi Cultural Counselor agree on fostering cooperation between Cairo University and Saudi universities in different educational fields, especially concerning professors and students exchange.

The two sides agree on increasing the numbers of Saudi international students in Cairo University especially in distinguished study programs.

Cairo University President Mohamed Osman Elkhosht said that ،،There are distinguished educational relations link between Cairo University and Saudi universities in different educational fields.,, He referred to the importance of developing those relations and attracting Saudi students to study at Cairo University faculties.

Cultural Counselor at Saudi Embassy in Cairo Khaled El-Namie said that ،،Saudi Arabia is on intimate terms with Egypt and its people, and there are close ties between the two sides.,, He added ،،We hope there is educational and cultural cooperation with Cairo University which is one of the most ancient universities in the Middle East at the highest level. Cairo University competes with major global universities.,,
