 Cairo University President Mohamed Osman Elkosht said ،،I am fascinated by the dream of establishing national Cairo University at proposed new capital of Egypt which is a new capital model, and incorporating new disciplines into the national university where education is free and available to all categories of Egyptian people.,, Cairo University issues invitation to public offering of Egyptians to participate in financing and establishing the national university. He refers to forming committees for financial, administrative and academic conceptualization of national Cairo University.
