Cairo University Participates in Cairo International Book Fair 2018

Cairo University participates in Cairo International Book Fair 2018 activities held at Cairo Exhibitions Ground, Nasr City, during the period from January 27 to February 10, 2018.

Cairo University Center for Foreign Languages and Specialized Translation represents Cairo University in a stall at the forty-ninth International Book Fair with a group of most important translated books from English, French, Deutsch, Hebrew, and Persian issued by the center. This group of translated books is published by Cairo University project for translation sponsored by Cairo University President Mohamed Osman Elkhosht. This project is aimed at founding a platform for ideological and cultural creativity in different categories of human knowledge.

The Manager of Cairo University Center for Foreign Languages and Specialized Translation Amany Badawy said that there is a variety in book fields which the center participate with including psychology, philosophy, history, literature, and corpora such as Talmud translated from Hebrew and Encyclopedia of World Religions. Some of the most important books that Languages and Translation Center participates with in the exhibition are Philosophy in a New Century and The History and Power of Mind.
