Cairo University Medical Convoy to Halayeb and Shalatin Offers Free Therapy to About 1900 Patients

Cairo University's therapeutic convoy to Halayeb and Shalatin has returned from the Red Sea Governorate. The convoy includes about 20 professors of different medical specialties. It is supervised by Dr.\ Mohamed Shehata, the General Supervisor of the Medical Convoys at Cairo University. Mohamed Zayed, the Administrative Coordinators of the Medical Convoys at Cairo University, has managed the work of the convoy.


Dr.\ Mohamed Shehara, the General Supervisor of the Medical Convoys at Cairo University, has said that the therapeutic convoy included the medical examination and about 1900 therapeutic cases of Halayeb,  Shalatin and Abu-Ramad at Al-Quseir General Hospitals where about 6 surgeries of Ophthalmologists and Orthopedics were conducted, besides, ultrasound and gastrointestinal, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy for 30 patients, and converting 5 surgical operations to Halayeb, Shalatin and Hurghada. The convoy included medical laboratories and free amount of therapy has been disbursed for patients.
