Faculty of Agriculture Celebrates the Passage of 125 years since its Establishment

 Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, organized a celebration on the occasion of getting quality in 2013 year and the passage of 125 years since its establishment. The celebration has been organized on June 25, 2014, at Celebrations Hall of the faculty. It is sponsored by Dr.\ Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, Dr.\ Ezz-ul-Din Abu-Steit, Vice President of Cairo University for Education and Students Affairs, and Dr.\ Mohamed Youssry, Dean of the Faculty.

The faculty has honored all its professors and pioneers in the presence of a group of public figures and presidents of different universities. Dr.\ Ezz-ul-Din Abu-Steit, Vice President of Cairo University for Education and Students Affair, was the first to be honored. He congratulated the faculty for getting well-deserved accreditation. He pointed out that reaching quality was a result of collective efforts of the faculty, and a result of the academic leadership' role which has contributed clearly in the quality starting by Dr.\ Naguib El-Helaly who paved the way for this project in 2000 and set the accredited hours system.
