Mufid Shehab, Hossam Badrawy and Ali Abdel-Rahman Members of Tripartite Committee for Choosing Cairo University New President

Cairo University Council approved in its meeting on March 29, 2017, forming a tripartite committee of choosing a new president for Cairo University. The tripartite committee is scheduled to join the committee of seven at Supreme Council of University formed to choose Egyptian Universities presidents.

The tripartite committee includes former Cairo University President and Professor of Faculty of Engineering Ali Abdel-Rahman, former Cairo University President and Professor of Faculty of Law Mufid Shehab, Professor of Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University Hossam Badrawy and former Cairo University Vice-President Adel Zayed.
