Cairo University Deans Council Approves a Comprehensive Securing System to Protect the University

 Cairo University's Council, held on April 3, 2014, has condemned the trespasser terrorist act which took place at Cairo University's vicinity. The council has also mourned the martyr of the nation Brigadier Tariq Almrjaoy who has fallen victim during the incident.



The Deans Council perceives the trespasser terrorist act as a threat to Cairo University including its scholars, employees, students and facilities. Therefore it decided to adopt an integrated security system which begins with police forces entering the university campus immediately pinning down inside the university according to the plans it adopt to secure the university. The university is also ready to offer all forms of full boosting with police forces to perform university protection tasks.
