The First Researcher from those with Special Needs to Receive a PhD. in Media Is Presented the University's Shield by President of Cairo University

Prof. Dr.\ Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, has met Dr.\ Saber Mohamed Gaber Hammad, the first researcher from those with special needs to receive a PhD. in Media, in Egypt and the Arab World, getting excellent with honors.  

President of Cairo University has honored Dr.\ Saber Mohamed and presented him the university's shield encouraging him to complete his research course so as to benefit his society and to become a bright sign for all Egyptian and Arab youth. The honoring has been witnessed by Dr.\ Adel Abdul-Ghaffar, Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication, Beni-Sueif University, and Official Speaker of Cairo University.

The researcher has received a PhD. degree from Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University. The subject of the thesis is on "The Role of Audio and Visual Media in Raising the Awareness of Human Right Issues of Those with Disabilities in Society".
