A young man of Faculty of Science Innovates a Device that Controls any other Devices via Phones

Youssef Mohamed Ahmed, 21 years old, Egyptian young man, and a graduate of Faculty of Science, Cairo University in the academic year 2011/2012, has innovated a device that can control circuits of any device at any place in the world via phones through transferring commands and signals from a phone to another, using terrestrial and satellite networks. This device has the option of converting positive signals that reach the phone to digital signals. It also can carry out many operations and can be used in preventing train accidents.
