(URAP) Is the classification of universities according to academic performance, it   was established research laboratory at the Institute of Information Technology in Middle East Technical University in 2009. The main objective of the URAP is to develop a classification system for the universities of the world on the basis of academic performance determined by the quality and quantity of scientific publishing.
