Under the cooperation between the Republic of Tunisia and the Arab Republic of Egypt, it was agreed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Tunisia and the Ministry of Scientific Research in Egypt during the follow-up meeting of the Technical Committee Tunisian Egyptian cooperation in the field of scientific and technological research which met on the sidelines of the workshop Tunisian Egyptian second on Science and water technologies, held in Tunis on 21 and 22 November 2012
