The establishment and launch of the Prince Salman Prize for Arab local management and regulation of their activities through full cooperation and continuous coordination between the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, the Arab League and the University of Prince Sultan represented in the Prince Salman Center for the local administration. The prize is awarded in all its branches every two years in accordance with the scientific and professional standards high. And has been the formation of the High Authority for the award under the chairmanship of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz.
