Concerned with the following:-
*    Joining Public Administration for budgets and accounts in revising and preparing projects of job budgets, as well as coordinating to issue decisions related to appointment and promotion, as well as decisions that organize awards and incentives of staff members and their assistants as well as professor emeritus.
*    Announcing careers for staff members and their assistants at different faculties and institutes according to requirements, as well as fulfilling procedures of candidacy and appointment for occupation and issuing executive decisions related to all of this.
*    Revising executive decisions related to regular bonuses and promotions and adjustments received from different faculties and institutes.
*    Making procedures of promotions of staff members and their assistants as well as appointing part-time professors.
*    Terminating services of staff members and their assistants through resignation or leaving work.
*    Exhibiting subjects of nullification of disciplinary sanctions to staff members and their assistants after the approval of department and faculty council, and the university's council is responsible for issuing executive decisions to different faculties and institutes.
*    Making procedures of accrediting decisions of Supreme Medical Committee related to treatment of staff members and their assistants inside and outside Egypt as well as informing faculties in case of treatment in Egypt. Writing to Higher Education Minister to issue ministerial decisions necessary for treatment outside Egypt before informing faculties after issuing the decisions.
*    Making procedures of granting special leaves for staff members and their assistants for (spouse accompaniment/ Hajj/ Umrah( in light of law provisions; law no. 49 of 1972 and law no. 1978.
*    Making procedures of appointing physicians, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and other fellow employees of the university hospitals according to law no. 115 of 1993 in case of getting doctoral degree.
*    Handling records of staff members; (job budgets records, professor emeritus records, part-time professors' records, special leaves records).
*    Marking records of administration concerning decisions of (transfers, mandate, spouse accompaniment, appointments, granting scientific titles, resignation, death, reaching legal age).  
*    Preparing and revising service files as well as applications of staff members in case of reaching legal age.
*    Saving service files of staff members and their assistants and organizing them in places dedicated to them as well as saving decisions and documents for them.
*    Accreditation of certificates of experience and case statements of staff members and their assistants as well as giving them photocopies of their documents in case of requiring them according to instructions issued for this matter.
*    Preparing data and statistics of staff members and their assistants, and submitting them to dedicated bodies; (Higher Education Ministry/ Supreme Council of Universities …etc).
*    Studying and searching subjects received by administration as well as answering inquires of some faculties that should be shown to the university's president and president of the university's council.
