Student Assessment of Staff Members Performance


At the beginning of each academic year, every staff member is expected to present his/her annual plan to the head of the department to accredit it. The plan should include comprehensive illustration to what is expected to be achieved in teaching, research, university service, and community service. At the end of the academic year, each staff member is expected to present a report of what he/she really achieved. After completing first year as a staff member in the university, his/her report should take the form of the file that increases in its size year by year by adding annual reports to it. Those reports are assessed by head of department who give his/her feedback to the staff member. By the time of promotion request, a comprehensive file includes career achievements of the university will have been provided.
