Required Documents
A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.
The mobility agreement should be signed by the applicant, signed & stamped by home faculty.
It is important to get letter of support/ invitation letter from a professor/ department at the host university.
Applicants may contact the ECTS of the School/Faculty which they want to apply for. A list of the ECTS Coordinators for the Erasmus+ International can be found by scanning the QR code.
Letter of motivation (No more than one page).
A copy of valid passport or ID.
Updated professional CV (Maximum 2 Pages).
How to Apply?
All the required documents should be sent as one clear PDF file by email in the following format:
Email Subject: (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility)-(Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).
Email content: (Self Introduction, name, faculty, programme applying for, date of birth .../.../…., passport number & list of attachments).
Important Guidelines
Signature & stamp must be right next to the name of the responsible person at the sending institution.
All applications are pre-screened by the selection committee.
Incomplete and late applications will be AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.
