Prof. Dr. Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, has issued a decree of stoppage of salary pay of Ahmed Mohamed Fathy El-Shiwy, Demonstrator of Faculty of Dar El-Ulum, Cairo University. This because he gathered between his job at the faculty and practicing the physical therapy career since he is a member in Physical Therapy Syndicate. He was a candidate of its elections in 2011, although he was an employee at Faculty of Dar El-Ulum, Cairo University. He also forged official papers in participation with others to usurp public fund. Furthermore, he attended a physical therapy conference at Dubai, although he occupied demonstrator profession at Islamic Shariah Department, Faculty of Dar El-Ulum. The demonstrator is currently under investigation which is conducted by Cairo University investigation officer. The decree issued by Cairo University President also includes taking action through informing The General Prosecutor Office with all the criminal offences that the papers contain.
In the same context, Cairo University ended the service of Dr. Mustafa Salah Qotb, Professor of Faculty of Dar El-Ulum, Cairo University, for working at a foreign body (Sudan) without being allowed by Cairo University in 2013/2014, as well as cutting off from work since the date of joining this body until now. The ending service decree of Dr. Mustafa Qotb came as an implementation to civil service law no. 18 of year 2015, article no. 66, agenda item no. 8, as well as article no. 117 of Universities Organization Law.
