On Monday, June 29, 2015, Cairo University Council confirmed in its meeting the importance of announcing the results of second term exams of year 2014/2015 in all faculties not later than July 15. It also confirmed the importance of taking advantage of summer vacation period in the maintenance of the establishments, facilities and laboratories of Cairo University, and activating summer activities which include opening the playgrounds to staff members, students and employees to practice various sport activities, prepare sport and cultural activities as well as beach camps for students during summer vacation via General Administration for Youth Care.
Cairo University Council also charged the secretaries of Cairo University Faculties with preparing electronic data of staff members, students and employees, provided that those date are finished by the first of next October. Whereas student data should end before this date to start extracting magnetized cards for students after paying study fees, in order for them to use those cards in entering the university campus starting by the coming academic year.
