Mr. Helmy Namnam, the Minister of Culture, has issued a resolution of forming the committees of the Supreme Council of Culture by involving Prof. Dr. Sherif Darwish El-Labban, the Vice Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication, for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs – Cairo University with the membership of Committee for Book and Publishing in the council.
Prof. Dr. Hasan Emad Mekkawy, the former Dean of Mass Communication – Cairo University, was assigned to be a rapporteur for the Media Committee at the Council, besides the membership of Prof. Dr. Gihan Yousry, the current Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication, and the membership of the committee itself.
