Cairo University Raises the Issue of Developing Sinai as a Subject of El-Fangary Competition for Community Service Research

Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, Cairo University has announced that the subject of El-Fangary Competition for Community Service Research for 2012\2013 will be about Developing Sinai.


The Supreme Committee for managing the competition, headed by Dr.\ Hossam Kamel, President of Cairo University, has decided to raise "Issue of Developing Sinai, Challenges and Solutions".


This subject aims at attracting the attention of researchers to the importance of the issue of developing Sinai in all fields as well as the importance of scientific studies related to regional, economic, and demographic development in the region.Noteworthy, El-Fangary Competition for the best theoretical and applied research and studies for Egyptian Community Service is held every academic year since 2004. Elite of experts and specialized professors arbitrate its research and focus on studying societal problems; such as education, slums, water, energy, and other problems.
