Faculty of Science Organizes Youth Graduates Sixth Employment Forum

Faculty of Science, Cairo University, organizes the sixth employment forum on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 10 a.m., in front of the main building of the faculty.

The forum is held in the framework of confirming cooperation relations between the faculty and global and local companies in different activities. The forum is sponsored by Cairo University President Prof. Dr. Gaber Nassar, and supervised by Faculty of Science Dean Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fahim.

Large elite of staff members, students and graduates participate in the forum. In addition, many companies including Khalda Petroleum Company, Military Production, Arab International Optronics, Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA), Sugar Company, Alfa Scan Radiology Center, Elsafa Labs, Alfa Ceramic, Juhayna Company, and other companies and centers participate in the forum.

According to Faculty of Science Dean, the forum aims at making a link between graduates and students, on a hand, and labor market, on the other hand, by providing graduates with employment opportunities, and students with training opportunities.

The Faculty Dean pointed out that this event is one of the effective contributions of the faculty towards its graduates. The faculty provides suitable job opportunities that meet the ambitions and aspirations of graduates for a better future keeping up with the State Development Strategy 2015-2030.

The Dean added that some of orientation seminars and the group of employment skills workshops are to be held on the fringe of the forum.
