Cairo University opens by mid-May new student services building at the university campus. Cairo University President Gaber Nassar issued a decree of terminating all cafeterias contracts, at the yards and streets of Cairo University campus, by May 15, 2017, whatever the date of contract termination was. This is intended for the public service of Cairo University, provided that those companies conduct new auctions for renting and exploiting different shops at different yards inside new student services building at campus through Cairo University Social Solidarity Administration. The latter will take auctioning procedures according to the rules determined by law.
Cairo University Gaber Nassar assigned the Engineering Administration of the university with taking all measures necessary to abolish these cafeterias and re-planning those places in the campus to accommodate green areas, sidewalks for walkers and seats.
Cairo University earlier initiated the establishment of an integrated building for students services inside campus for cafeterias and other services for students on 1300 square meter area to accommodate two floors and some shops of different areas. The building is implemented by light steel sectors technology which is the second of its kind in Egypt. Cairo University President Gaber Nassar announces the building opening by mid-May. He points out that ،،the idea is aimed at planning Cairo University campus in a way that provides green areas, beautiful sights that are worthy of Cairo University campus, and a location where the services presented to students are better assembled.,,
