Cairo University President Mohamed Osman Elkhosht enunciates the importance of preparation of organizational structures and leadership cadres who can lead post-conflict states that need reconstruction. Reconstruction is to be prioritized by drafting constitution and focusing on urgent elements represented in army and police force.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Osman Elkhosht illustrated in his speech for the session that ،،Reconstruction of post-conflict states is one of the activities of World Youth Forum. The most important dossiers for state reconstruction are army, police, foreign policy, and mass communication because they are key drivers for state reconstruction.,, Elkhosht added that ،،This requires serious and speedy steps towards micro and small-scale enterprises (MSEs), youth help and strengthening infrastructure because we are in need of setting new courses towards development and youth integration.,, He pointed out that ،،It is important to help youth by completed feasibility studies.
