Cairo University President Mohamed Othman Elkhosht receives a report from Spanish Department Chair, Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, on Cairo University participation in International Forum for Spanish Studies at Madrid launched by Duques de Soria Foundation for Spanish Sciences and Culture from September 25 to 27, 2018, at Madrid. Nearly 58 professors and researchers in Spanish studies from 35 states around the world are invited to attend the forum under the auspices of King of Spain Felipe VI, in the presence of Spanish Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities and ambassadors of more than 30 states around the world.
Elkhosht pointed out that the participation of Cairo University professors and researchers in different international forums, seminars, and conferences is crucial. Cairo University professors represent university at the international level and exchange ideas and experiences. He added that International Forum for Spanish Studies at Madrid aims at honoring those who devote their professional lives to study and disseminate Spanish culture including professors and researchers from Cairo University.
