Types of Grants



Almost all scientific disciplines, with the exception of the Engineering sciences, are represented at Philipps-Universität Marburg.

Fields



§   A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.


§   The mobility agreement should be signed by the applicant, signed & stamped by home faculty. Click here: https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/mobility-and-learning-agreements/mobility-agreements.


§   It is important to get a pre-invitation letter from a professor/Department at host University or       


        proof of communication.


§   Letter of motivation (No more than one page).


§   A copy of valid passport or ID.


§   Updated CV (Maximum 2 Pages).

All the required documents should be sent as ONE Clear PDF FILE  by email


vto mobility@iro.cu.edu.eg, as follows:


 


§  Email Subject:  (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility)-(Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).


§  Email content: (Self Introduction, name, faculty, programme applying for& list of attachments).



Application Process



§  Signature & stamp must be right next to the name of the responsible person at the sending institution.


§  All applications are pre-screened by the selection committee.


§  In complete and late Applications will be AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.
