D. Hossam Kamel , President of Cairo University in an exclusive statement to Al-Ahram evening said that the university is committed to implementing all the legitimate demands for employees and students.

He pointed out that the university studied over the past two weeks, demands for temporary staff the university, the crisis was resolved by 95% by installing temporary employment.

And on the level of teachers was held a dialogue over the past week between the university administration and professors from all spectra, whether belonging to the March 9 Movement, or the Muslim Brotherhood, or stream of Independence was agreed to achieve just and legitimate demands and stress that the priority now is to continue the study and regularity .

He pledged the full response to the demands of students on free political activity within the university and called for dialogue freely with professors and deans of each faculty and professors with expertise which he talks to students about their demands and can achieve them and that the inability of the university administration to hold a dialogue with thousands of students.

About student elections and the next it will be fully explained in an atmosphere of transparency and monitored by the university students themselves, in all its stages, and that all universities pending the identification takes place, which is supposed to be announced by the Supreme Council of Universities in the coming days.
