Council reviewed the University of Cairo in a meeting chaired by Dr .. Council approved the University of Cairo, a memorandum of understanding between the university and the European Institute in France in the fields of scientific research, education and training. It also approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the College of Engineering and the Institute of Space and German Memorandum of Understanding between the National Institute of Oncology and the European School of Oncology,in Italy.
